CYBER PUNK STREETSCAPE [HIP-HOP STYLE]

Replication of asian streets that focused on maximism and retro-futuristic, which aims to maiximize the impact of each colour and signage. The juxtaposition of colourful LED screens with radical changes in the narrow walkway, provides a visual stimulation throughout the scene.
Maximism, or display all your goods in one go, create a visual complexion as contrasting colours and shapes are often displayed next to each other. The incorporation of modern technology such as neon lights and LED panels to display traditional decorations help create an aesthetic which is a blend of old and new.

CONCRETE BRUTALISM [WOMEN EMPOWERMENT]

This scene emphasizes on breaking through barriers(stereotype), sending a message LOUD and CLEAR with sub-woofers. Concrete-like structures are placed around a platform with dance poles as a centerpiece to display soft feminism among the walls of masculinity, shouting out loud the phrase 'The loudest in the room'.
Brutalism is a design style with massive, monolithic, and bulky appearances along with rigid geometric styles. Concrete is mainly used for this style.

MEDITERRANEAN SUMMER [FUN, YOUNG & FREE SPIRIT]

A Mediterranean style building with colourful features and tropical plants scattered around, brings out the fun and carefree summer vibe. Tribal patterns with contrasting colour can be spotted on the steps that lead to the decorated gazebo with a swing.
The exterior of Mediterranean homes are usually in warm earthy tone, with bright walls, terra cotta(red tile) roof, stucco, arches/curved doorway and a spatial layout that incorporates indoor-outdoor living.

GOLDEN THAI PALACE [BACK TO YOUR ROOTS]

With a blend of golden colours, rich ornamentation and multi-tiered roof on stilts, the miniature palace with a modern twist can be spotted as the backdrop of this scene. The round mosaic in the center represents the globe, solidifying the concept of 'From Thailand to the whole world"
Traditionally, Thai houses symbolize the social and wealth status of the owner. The glamourous setting indirectly displays Lisa's fortune and status as a global superstar.

FUTURISTIC MINIMALISM [MODERN, CONTEMPORARY]

Clean lines of black and white with strobing lights that emphasize her name, brings out the futuristic look of this scene. The everchanging lighting set up creates the feeling of solid vs void, light vs dark, reflecting the phrase 'When the bright light wakes me up'. With its bare performing stage, the statement piece, whether it's the word 'LALISA' or Lisa herself, becomes the focal point of this scene, the white and black lines elongating the shadows casted by the statement piece.
Minimalism is the upcoming trend in interior design, as it provides a clean slate for whatever you are displaying. The bare necessity aspect, in the sense of 'mere, and nothing else' and minimum clean up has made its way into every busy city dweller's heart.
